College Women: Documenting the History of Women is Higher Education is an online repository of primary sources. The project, conceived in 2014 by a grant provided for the National Endowment for the Humanities, is a collaboration between the Seven Sisters. The libraries and archives of colleges Barnard, Bryn Mawr, Mount Holyoke, Smith, Wellesley, Vassar, and Radcliffe. This source collects the documentation of students at the Seven Sisters colleges during undergraduate years, prior to 1945, including letters, diaries, scrapbooks, photo albums, and journals. This collection provides narrow themes and topics to encourage resonance between the materials featured on the database.
