Black Central Europe is an online database which attempts to address the lesser mentioned history of black people and African decedents in Central Europe through producing chronological articles related to major black and African movements in Central Europe, while also highlighting the achievements of black women. This project is supported by African European scholars both in Europe and the United States, and is led by lecturer Jeff Bowersox at the University College of London, with the sponsorship of the University of Southern Mississippi and UCL Global Engagement.
