Layers of London is a cooperative, open access, open educational resource, public history database that seeks to engage curiosity and foster participation at a local level with historical sites in the city of London. Begun in 2018, a continued focus on open submissions has created such entries as "Feminist History in the East End- a walk," which showcases gendered history on a publicly interactive level.
